Malcolm Island

Malcolm Island is off the northeastern coast of Vancouver Island near the communities of Port McNeil and Alert Bay. On provincial Crown land, this forested site is about 10 km from the grid and amongst a network of forestry roads. The estimated generating potential of the site is about 150 MW.
